In summary, the Services comprise: To develop a set of retirement living standards that reflect the financial basic needs and aspirations of older people in Ireland. Please note that for the purposes of this research older people refers to those over state pension age, which is currently 66 years. The project will also examine the factors that influence the retirement living standards of older people in Ireland
Award criteria
- Cost — 30% of Award Criteria
- Quality — 70% of Award Criteria, broken down as follows: Methodology for the delivery of the service - 35% Environmental Sustainability - 5% Quality and balance of resources offered for the contract - 30%
