In summary, the Goods comprise: (1) A Threat and Vulnerability Management (TVM) platform that provides discoverability of all on-premise, cloud and VPN connected devices, (2) monitoring of discovered devices for OS, software and configuration vulnerabilities, (3) implementation, configuration and support services, including the provision of expert advice, when appropriate.
