Description

The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to inform the market of the Department of Social Protection (‘DSP’) proposed upcoming procurement competition in respect of the “Services” i.e. to establish a Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the delivery of Projects and ICT supports for the Department’s Service Delivery Modernisation (SDM) / Business Object Modelling implementation (BOMi) programmes. The ‘Services‘ comprise of: The establishment of a Framework to allow the Department to deliver a Transformation Agenda by providing: • a high quality, proactive, personalised service to customers; • delivery of services in a more efficient, flexible and integrated way; • support for new work management practices and procedures; • support to maintain and extend its implementation platforms; • delivery of eGovernment objectives.
