Description

The Higher Education Authority (HEA) seek to procure the services of an experienced multi- disciplinary team to assist us in drafting / to draft new Design Standards for State supported PBSA. The outcomes of this study and recommended design standards may, subject to agreement, be used at a future point in public sector policy development documents, guidelines, and specifications for the development of PBSA developments which are state supported. The deliverable for the successful tender is a detailed report with design standards accompanied by concept drawings of proposed layouts etc.
