Description

The Higher Education Authority (HEA) is seeking comprehensive communications and PR services for the strategic marketing of the Springboard + programme in 2025. The contracted agency will work closely with the HEA’s Springboard+ team to devise and implement effective public relations, marketing, and communications strategies. This includes raising awareness of the Springboard + programme, ensuring its benefits and opportunities are effectively communicated to the target audience, and enhancing the programme’s overall visibility and impact in the education sector.
