Description
I december 2021 erhöll Familjebostäder en markanvisning på Tensta 4:11 på 200 lägenheter samt ett LSS-boende. Förslaget innebär att den befintliga markparkeringen tas i anspråk. Den kompenseras med parkering inom ett parkeringsdäck för nytillkommande bostäder. Det befintliga parkeringsbehovet för intilliggande fastighet Krällinge 1 vilken idag nyttjar markparkeringen tillgodoses inom befintligt bestånd.
