Description
Entreprenaden planeras att genomföras som en totalentreprenad i samverkan, vilket innebär att entreprenaden är uppdelad i tre faser enligt nedanstående. Entreprenaden ska genomföras i nära samverkan mellan parterna där de genom sina respektiveSvensk Byggtjänst – Dokumentmall BV-BH90-AF-SV version 1.1 AMA Beskrivningsverktyg – Dokumentidentifikation http://amabv.byggtjanst.se/#4947584 erfarenheter och kompetenser ska verka i syfte att garantera bästa möjliga utfall i projektet med avseende på kvalitet, tid och ekonomi. Efter genomförd upphandling kommer kontrakt enligt ABK 09 att tecknas mellan Familjebostäder och upphandlad entreprenör. För Fas 1 och 2, och under förutsättning att tillämpliga beslut om projektet fattas, tecknas separata entreprenadkontrakt enligt ABT 06.
