Description

2.1 Lot 1 - Roof, Frontal Sheeting, Gully and Gutter Cleaning :SMARTPLY Europe DAC is looking for suitably qualified external commercial cleaning contractors for roof, frontal sheeting (Including base wall), gully and gutter cleaning. The cleaning services will require working at a height, (please see Appendix 3 below for further information) the roof is over 35,000m2 with a 7-degree pitch. RAMS will be required to be submitted and assessed as part of the tendering process. The work will be completed in 5 phases as outlined below, the phases have been structured in order of priority but, as this is a live manufacturing facility, we may need to reschedule works to avoid operational issues. In the event of works impeding operations, out of hours work may be considered and therefore must be included in the pricing schedule below. If there is an impact on the scheduled order of works Smartply will work the contractor to re-direct works to another area where possible.
