Description
The contracting authority invites tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for the procurement of temporary housing (24 hour nights) in accordance with the Social Services Act in the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration § 27. By temporary housing in accordance with the Social Services Act § 27, we believe that the inhabitant does not have a place to sleep and stay the next 24 hours.
