Description
Upphandlingen avser tekniska konsulttjänster där uppdrag kan innefatta: Undersökning om betydande miljöpåverkan inom detaljplane- eller översiktsplaneprocess. Undersökningen ska ske på det sätt som anges i Plan- och bygglagen (PBL), Miljöbalken (MB) samt föreskrifter som regeringen har meddelat i anslutning till aktuella bestämmelser. Miljökonsekvensbeskrivningar av detaljplaner, planprogram, översiktsplaner (ÖP) och fördjupade översiktsplaner (FÖP) enligt bestämmelserna i PBL och MB. Miljökonsekvensbeskrivningar för exempelvis ansökningar om dispens, tillstånd och anmälningsärenden enligt gällande lagstiftning såsom miljödomstolsprövningar enligt miljöbalken eller infrastrukturprojekt enligt Väglag och lag om byggande av järnväg. Framtagande av övriga underlag som är nödvändiga för prövning enligt miljöbalken (MB) så som lokaliseringsutredningar.
