Upphandlingen avser både motordrivna och manuella portar etc. I uppdraget ingår, utöver kontinuerlig service av portar och dylikt, även servicebesök enligt avrop, köp av kompletta portar, grindar, jalusier, liftbord, bommar och dylikt eller delar till till dessa samt bemannad beredskap/felmottagning dygnet runt och akututryckning för tillrättaläggande av alla objekt.
