Description
Syfte och mål med upphandlingen är att upphandla ramavtal avseende energikonsulter inom Helsingborgs kommun. Se AUC.1 Omfattning för uppdragsbeskrivning. Anbud ska lämnas för hela upphandlingen. Två (2) anbudsgivare kommer att antas, om två (2) anbud blir kvalificerade. Tjänsterna ska utföras enligt vedertagen branschpraxis och enligt förutsättningar givna i ABK 09. Takvolym är 8 000 000 kronor för hela avtalsperioden, inklusive eventuella förlängningar.
