Description
Omfattning Kontraktet omfattar en (1) Entreprenad för drift- och underhållsarbeten samt underhållsprojekt avseende del av det offentliga rummet inom entreprenadområdet för Öster Centrum i Helsingborgs stad inklusive ÄTA-arbeten och eller Avrop. I kontraktet ingår även ÄTA-arbeten och eller Avrop till följd av bland annat ärenden i Beställarens ärendehanteringssystem, behov av åtgärder eller felanmälan med mera. Kontraktet kan även komma att omfatta drift- och underhållsarbeten inom hela Helsingborgs stad, dessa eventuella arbeten beställs i förekommande fall som ÄTA-arbeten och eller Avrop. Ny- och ombyggnad samt utökning av ingående delar inom objektet och inom staden kan komma att ingå efter Avrop.
