Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι ο εκσυγχρονισμός, η βελτιστοποίηση και ο έλεγχος διαρροών δικτύων ύδρευσης Δήμου Αγράφων και αποτελείται από τα παρακάτω μέρη: 1. Δημιουργία δικτύου τηλεμετρίας με εκατόν τέσσερεις (104) Τοπικούς Σταθμούς Ελέγχου (ΤΣΕ) και πέντε (5) Αναμεταδότες 2. Προμήθεια και εγκατάσταση συστημάτων για την πλήρη εποπτεία και έλεγχο των ενεργειακών επιδόσεων του συνόλου του συστήματος 3. Τοποθέτηση μετρητικών οργάνων για την ποιοτική και ποσοτική παρακολούθηση του δικτύου ύδρευσης 4. Προμήθεια και εγκατάσταση Κεντρικού Σταθμού Ελέγχου (ΚΣΕ) με όλο τον απαιτούμενο εξοπλισμό και λογισμικά για την πλήρη εποπτεία του συνόλου των παραπάνω στοιχείων 5. Εργοστασιακές δοκιμές αποδοχής και δοκιμές αποδοχής επί τόπου του έργου (επιτόπια τεστ). 6. Δοκιμές ολοκλήρωσης των εργασιών και παράδοσης του Συστήματος. 7. Παράδοση σχεδίων, εγχειριδίων λειτουργίας και συντήρησης (τεκμηρίωση). 8. Εκπαίδευση του προσωπικού της Υπηρεσίας στις λειτουργίες, την υποστήριξη και τη συντήρηση του Συστήματος
