Syftet med upphandlingen är att ersätta nuvarande system och moduler med modernare verksamhetssystem, med funktionalitet som ger effektivt stöd för hantering av resenärernas serviceresor och möjlighet att effektivisera de interna arbetsprocesserna inom serviceresor och tillhörande supportfunktioner myndighetsutövning, tillståndsgivning, ekonomi, digitalisering och marknad.
