Inbjudan till konkurrenspräglad dialog för systemstöd till administation av fasta båtplatser, ställplatser, vinterförvaring, förråd, gästhamn m.m. med enkla betalningslösningar där kunden/gästen kan boka och betala själv. Då kommunen står inför många olika förändringar och har ett behov av nytt avtal för systemstöd som man inte riktigt vet omfattningen på har man valt konkurrenspräglad dialog för att reda ut vad för systemstöd som finns och hur man kan bygga in flexibilitet i omfattningen. Man behöver också reda ut vilka vägval som man måste göra nu samt kan göra under avtalstiden utan att det blir en stor kostnad.
