Description
Uppdraget omfattar leverans av en komplett lösning bestående av hårdvara, tillhörande service- och supportavtal samt timbank. Lösningen kommer användas inom koncernen Stiftelsen Högskolan i Jönköping som moderorganisation inklusive de sex helägda dotterbolagen: Hälsohögskolan, Högskolan för lärande och kommunikation, Jönköping International Business School, Tekniska Högskolan, Högskoleservice och Jönköping University Enterprise samt det delvis ägda bolaget Swedish Metal Casting Excellence Center (SMEC). Produkterna är utvalda för att passa in i Köparens befintliga infrastruktur. Högskolans datacenter består av två separata datahallar. Köparens servermiljö utgör en verksamhetskritisk del av den samlade IT-infrastrukturen inom Högskolan. Den befintliga infrastrukturen är uppbyggd och standardiserad utifrån specifika serverplattformar, administrativa verktyg, övervakningsfunktioner, reservdelshantering samt etablerade rutiner för drift, support och livscykelhantering.
