Contexte et objectifs du marché : La SNCB souhaite se doter d’une solution pérenne de protection des travailleurs isolés, basée sur une application smartphone, permettant d’assurer la sécurité des collaborateurs exposés à des situations de travail à risque ou opérant de manière isolée. Le présent marché vise à remplacer une solution temporaire actuellement en place, de type DATI, mise en oeuvre dans un contexte de court terme. La SNCB souhaite désormais disposer d’une solution stable et maintenable sur le long terme, intégrée dans son environnement opérationnel et informatique. /// Type de solution : Application Android pour smartphone de type “lone worker / Man Down”.
