The object of the assignment concerns the development and implementation of a unified library system for Dutch-language public libraries (EBS) in Flanders and Brussels (approximately 300 Dutch-language public libraries, 3.6 million titles, 22 million holdings, 1.2 million borrowers, 33 million loans and 1.2 million reservations per year, up to 150,000 e-mail messages per day, 3000 library staff).
