Description

Dublin City Council (DCC) wishes to invite tenders using the Open Procedure to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement for the provision of a Microsoft Support Partner for the provision of Support, Maintenance, Professional Services and associated services for Dublin City Council’s Microsoft environments, services, products, and cloud tenancies. The successful tenderer will support DCC in the configuration, implementation, and support of DCC’s Microsoft Product set and Azure environment to include but not limited to advisory services, design and implementation services, licensing, and training etc. This Single Party Framework Agreement will be established for a period of 4 years. Contracts drawn down from the Framework can outlast the lifetime of the Framework. An initial contract will be awarded for a period of 2 years with an option to extend for two further periods of 12 months, at the sole discretion of Dublin City Council for the provision of a drawdown day facility for Technical Professional Resources for Dublin City Council’s Microsoft on-premises and cloud based products and services.
