Description

Dublin City Council (DCC), is seeking to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement for a Project Manager Led Multi-disciplinary Design Team Services to deliver Artists Workspaces (temporary and permanent) at various locations in Dublin City. The framework agreement will be established for a period of 4 years and has an estimated maximum value of €40,000,000 (ex VAT). The Framework Agreement will be established on foot of an initial contract for Essential Repair and Refurbishment Works, and the buildings’ repurposing at Number 8 and Number 9 Merchants Quay Dublin 8.
