Description
Dublin City Council proposes to award a single party framework agreement with an initial contract for 3 years with an option to extend for a further two (2) periods of up to twelve months, up to a maximum of 5 years, for the provision of a Dublin Region Assertive Outreach Service. The purpose is to engage with adults (over 18 years of age) who are sleeping rough and to support them into temporary accommodation, make appropriate referrals to permanent housing options especially Housing First and to ensure that they are linked with other housing and health services appropriate to their needs. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the contract for a maximum of a further two years’ subject to an annual review. As the subject matter of this competition is considered as a Title III service within the context of Directive 2014/24/EU, where the choice of procedure is open to the Contracting Authority, the procedure chosen on this occasion is a Single Stage Procedure with Negotiation.
