Description

L’Ambito Territoriale Sociale n° 3 intende disciplinare con il presente Capitolato Speciale l’Accordo Quadro la gestione del "Servizio per l'integrazione scolastica e sociale extrascolastica dei diversamente abili", ai sensi della Legge Regionale n. 19/2006 e del relativo Regolamento n. 4/2007 e s.m.i. Il "Servizio per l'integrazione scolastica e sociale extrascolastica dei diversamente abili", è annoverato all'art. 92 dal Regolamento Regionale n. 4/2007 e s.m.i., tra i "Servizi socio-assistenziali" Il Servizio suddetto viene definito come "finalizzato a garantire il diritto allo studio dei portatori di handicap fisici, psichici e sensoriali attraverso il loro inserimento nelle strutture scolastiche ordinarie, ivi comprese la Scuola per l'infanzia"
