Description
Con Decisione di contrarre n. 110 del 30.01.2025 del Comune di Corato quale Ente strumentale dell’Ambito Territoriale Sociale costituito come associazione tra i Comuni di Corato – Ruvo di Puglia – Terlizzi (Convenzione ex art. 30 del D. Lgs. n. 267/2000 e s.m.i.) è stata indetta, ai sensi del combinato disposto di cui all’art. 17 del D.lgs. n. 36/2023 e all’art. 192 del D.lgs. n. 267/2000, una procedura telematica ex art. 71 del D. Lgs. n. 36/2023 per l’affidamento della gestione del Centro Servizi per le Famiglie e del Centro Polivalente per Minori per i Comuni dell’Ambito Territoriale Sociale di Corato – Ruvo di Puglia – Terlizzi mediante Accordo Quadro con un unico Operatore Economico.
