Description
La présente consultation a pour objet la relance, suite à la déclaration sans suite, pour la souscription de contrats d'assurances de Deux-Sèvres Habitat au 1er janvier 2026. Précisément, la consultation a pour objet de confier à un professionnel de l'assurance : a) la gestion des polices d'assurance suivantes : - Lot 1 : Responsabilité civile générale - Lot 2 : Flotte auto et auto-mission - Lot 3 : Protection Juridique b) le placement des risques à 100%, c) et une mission de conseil et d'accompagnement. Les différentes caractéristiques et les attentes du Pouvoir Adjudicateur sont décrites au dossier de consultation des entreprises (DCE). Le marché prendra effet au 01/01/2026 avec faculté de résiliation au 1er janvier par chacune des parties, moyennant préavis de 6 (SIX) mois. Le marché prendra fin au plus tard le 31/12/2029 à minuit.
