Le présent marché vise à acquérir des licences pour les produits SAS avec les services associés de maintenance, support, formation et expertise technique. Le marché est divisé en plusieurs lots. Le premier lot concerne la fourniture de licences pour les produits SAS, avec les services associés de maintenance et support. Le deuxième lot vise à bénéficier de services d’expertise technique et de formation prestés par SAS directement. Le troisième lot a pour but de bénéficier de services d’expertise technique SAS par une entreprise autre que SAS. Le quatrième lot vise à bénéficier de services de formation SAS par une entreprise autre que SAS.
