Description
Le présent marché de services vise la maintenance préventive et curative des installations HVAC pour le site Smals situé Quai de Willebroeck 38, à 1000 Bruxelles et ce pour une durée de 4 ans à partir du 01/02/2026. La liste du matériel est décrite dans ce document et comprend notamment : Les installations HVAC (ventilation, conditionnement d’air) du centre de données UP, y compris les tableaux électriques BT associés et les équipements de sécurité (clapets coupe-feu, …) de ces installations. Les productions de froid et les distributions. Toutes les analyses et les traitements de toutes les eaux (eau de chauffage, eau sanitaire et HVAC). La gestion des documents de Contrôle périodiques (articles 52.11 du RGPT) pour ces installations. Le présent marché n’est pas divisé en lots en raison du fait qu’une telle division rendrait l’exécution du marché impossible du point de vue organisationnel.
