Projektet avses genomförandet av de byggnadsarbeten som ska utföras på fastigheten Gustavsborg 2, Södra huset (förkortat S-huset) i Västerås i form av ombyggnation av befintliga lokaler uppdelat i två faser. Projektet har högt satta hållbarhetsmål, där cirkularitet och återbruk kommer vara en betydande del i projektets samtliga faser.
