MDU avser upphandla en IT-lösning som möjliggör för medarbetare och chefer är att på ett enkelt och snabbt sätt hitta lediga arbetsplatser,lediga mötesrum och fokusrum samt att hitta kollegor. Andra ändamål är att skapa ett statistiskt underlag på hur lokalerna faktiskt används för att ta beslut om framtida optimeringar av arbetsplatsen för en effektiv vardag.
