Upphandlingen avser huvudsakligen monterdesign, monterproduktion, transport, byggnation samt förvaring av monter och monterdelar. Uppdraget har primärt presumtiva studenter i Sverige som målgrupp. Mälardalens universitet önskar en leverantör som är en kreativ samarbetspartner och ett stöd i de processer, enligt universitetets grafiska profil, vilket leder till en kreativ närvaro vid nationella mässor i syfte att rekrytera presumtiva studenter till Mälardalens universitet.
