Description
Mälardalens universitet upphandlar ledarskapsutbildning som stöd i en större organisationsförändring. Utbildningen ska stärka chefer i att leda i förändring, med fokus på samskapande och lärandekultur. Två utbildningsomgångar planeras, med option på fler. Uppdraget omfattar upplevelsebaserad pedagogik, gestaltmetodik och dokumentation.
