Description
L’Université souhaite lancer le présent marché public dans le but de retenir un Opérateur économique unique par lot. Aucun nouvel appel à concurrence ne sera effectué lors de l’apparition de nouveaux besoins identifiés par le Pouvoir adjudicateur. Chaque Opérateur économique est reconnu pour son expertise dans les domaines définis ci-après. La durée de chaque Accord-Cadre est fixée à un (1) an, renouvelable trois (3) fois un (1) an (1 + 1 + 1 + 1) sur l’avis de l’Université. La liste complète des résidences étudiantes est annexée au dossier de soumission (annexe A10-RFP 250036-Liste des résidences).
