Description

The University wants: - The supply of journals, magazines, newspapers, series, loose-leaf and other periodicals, in the form of subscriptions or purchases of single issues. The periodicals can be in paper or electronic format. The supply will be provided mainly on Belval Campus, but also on the 3 other sites of the University - The services related to the supply of these publications. The Successful tenderer will be responsible especially for: o Providing the quotations, o Setting up the subscriptions, o Renewing the subscriptions, o Activating the online subscriptions, o Ordering the single issues, o Sending the claims to the publishers, o Invoicing, And providing information of a bibliographic nature or related to the types of media available for all titles managed by the Tenderer. The Successful Tenderer’s commitments will relate to the supply of the subscriptions that are renewed/ordered after the 1st day of the beginning of the contract, without any interruption of service at the time of re-subscription and/or transfer of subscriptions.
