Description
GotlandsHem avser att genomföra en RFI för att få kunskap om vilka entreprenörer som finns på marknaden och som kan erbjuda sig att vara en strategisk partner i GotlandsHems framtida projekt. Projektet som den strategiska partnern ska samverka med GotlandsHem i, omfattar renovering av cirka 2000 hyreslägenheter som kommer avropas som ROT-projekt. Utöver det ingår det eventuellt i upphandlingen en option på nybyggnation av flerbostadshus. Projektet förväntas vara slutfört år 2031.
