Description

La présente consultation a pour objet la relance du lot n°1 « Zone Thouars, Bressuire et Cerizay » déclaré sans suite dans le cadre de la nouvelle externalisation de patrimoine pour le nettoyage de parties communes de Deux-Sèvres Habitat. Le nombre de sites est de 19 au total, répartis sur les communes de Thouars, Bressuire et Cerizay. La description des sites, leur localisation et les attentes du pouvoir adjudicateur sont décrites au sein du CCP et ses annexes. Le présent marché ne fait pas l'objet de reprise de personnel dans la mesure où les sites du présent marché étaient jusqu'alors gérés directement par Deux-Sèvres Habitat.
