Description
La présente consultation concerne un accord-cadre à bons de commande ayant pour objet le recouvrement des dettes des locataires partis ayant occupés des logements du parc de Deux-Sèvres Habitat ainsi que la réalisation d'enquêtes civiles. Deux-Sèvres Habitat gère 9035 logements (évolutif) répartis sur le département des Deux-Sèvres et rattachés à 4 agences : Niort, Thouars, Bressuire/Cerizay et Saint Maixent L'Ecole/Parthenay. En 2024, sur 811 départs : - 468 ménages sont partis en impayés (loyers et réparations locatives) - dette moyenne de 3400 Euros - montant global de 976 887 Euros. La description des prestations et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières. Le contrat prend la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande fixant toutes les stipulations contractuelles conclu sans minimum et avec un maximum avec un opérateur économique. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée de 48 mois à compter de sa notification.
