Acordul-cadru are ca obiect achizitionarea de Ratii individuale de lupta cu mancare gatita tip MRE(meal-ready-to-eat) fara apa minerala si comprimate pentru dezinfectarea apei, cel putin 7 tipuri de meniu astfel : 2 meniuri cu fel principal din carne de pui, 2 meniuri cu fel principal cu carne de vita, 2 meniuri cu fel principal din carne de porc, 1 meniu cu fel principal din preparate din carne; pentru celelalte 2 mese (mic dejun si cina) produsele alimentare cuprinse in ratia individuala de lupta sa aiba o diversitate de cel putin 30% din compunerea acestora.
