Acordul-cadru are ca obiect achizitionarea de piese de schimb pentru echipamente de comunicatii structurata pe 4 loturi , pentru o perioadă de 4 ani Lotul 1 - Acumulatori monolit 6V minim 180Ah Lotul 2 - Acumulatori monolit 2V minim 300 Ah / minim 400 Ah Lotul 3 - Piese de schimb pentru echipamente de comunicatii tip Panther/Jaguar Lotul 4 - Piese de schimb pentru echipamente de comunicatii tip Harris din familia FALCON III Cantitățile minime și maxime ale acordului cadru, cantitățile minime și maxime ale contractului subsecvent și specificațiile tehnice ale produselor se regăsesc în caietele de sarcini. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 17 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
