Uppdraget omfattar dels regelbunden lokalvård, dels lokalvård efter avrop såsom storstädning, fönsterputs och golvvård. Lokalvårdens kvalitet kommer regelbundet att kontrolleras enligt ”SS INSTA 800-1:2018 Städkvalitet – Del 1: System för fastställande och bedömning av städkvalitet”,
