Den här upphandlingen omfattar en totalentreprenad i samverkan avseende planering, projektering och utförande av renovering av Verkstadsvägen 28-38 i Falun, där varje hus är en huvuddel. Planen att renovera två hus per år med start 2025. Målsättningen är att renovera varsamt med hänsyn tagen till nöjda hyresgäster, låg klimatpåverkan, ökad livslängd på husen, bevarandet av tidstypiska byggnadsdetaljer och samtidigt med beaktande av ekonomi och effektiv förvaltning.
