Lokalvårdstjänster med återkommande kvalitetskontroller enligt INSTA 800 inom följande delar: A. Trapphus, kategoriboende, bovärdskontor, tvättstugor B. Lägenheter (flytt- samt reparationsstädning) C. Verksamhetslokaler för Kopparstadens interna verksamhet Avtalsperioden är 2024-03-01-2026-02-28 med option på 1+1 år. Anbud får lämnas på en eller flera delar. Ramavtal kommer att tecknas med en leverantör per del. En och samma leverantör kommer dock endast att tilldelas maximalt en del.
