Description
Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för avrop och omfattar golv-, matt, - och klinkerarbeten vid tillval, renovering och ombyggnader inom Beställarens fastighetsbestånd. Avsikten är att, under förutsättning att tillräckligt många kvalificerade anbud inkommer, sluta ramavtal med två leverantörer. Avrop kommer att ske enligt fastställd rangordning. Beställaren kommer att vända sig till den leverantör som är rangordnad som nummer ett. I de fall denne inte kan genomföra uppdraget, har Beställaren rätt att vända sig till den leverantör som är rangordnad som nummer två. Uppdrag kommer att avropas vid behov. Beställaren garanterar inga volymer eller uppdrag under ramavtalstiden. Antalet fastigheter kan komma att förändras genom nyproduktion och/eller försäljning. Beställaren har för avsikt att avropa arbeten för cirka 16 Mkr/år. Volymen anger inte någon utfästelse eller bedömd kontraktsvolym. Uppskattad volym för ramavtalet med samtliga förlängningar är 65 Mkr. Takvolym för ramavtalet är 70 Mkr.
