Description
Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för avrop och omfattar avhjälpande underhåll i såväl allmänna utrymmen som i lokaler och lägenheter. Uppdrag kommer att avropas vid behov. Beställaren garanterar inga volymer eller uppdrag under ramavtalstiden. Antalet fastigheter kan komma att förändras genom nyproduktion och/eller försäljning. Beställaren har för avsikt att avropa arbeten för cirka 6 Mkr/år. Beräknade volymer anger dock inte någon utfästelse eller bedömd kontraktsvolym. Uppskattad volym för ramavtalet med samtliga förlängningar är 25 Mkr. Takvolym för ramavtalet är 30 Mkr. Beställaren förbehåller sig rätten att använda egna resurser.
