Upphandlingen ska tillgodose Beställarens behov av löpande fastighetsunderhåll och ska kunna avropas av Beställarens olika enheter. Beställaren har andra ramavtal inom olika fackområden. Byggarbeten omfattar framförallt underhålls- och felavhjälpande underhållsarbeten som ska utföras i beställarens byggnader och lokaler. Avtalet kan även omfatta mindre planerade ombyggnadsprojekt/entreprenader. Ramavtal kommer tecknas med fem Entreprenörer.
