Byggarbeten omfattar framförallt underhålls- och felavhjälpande underhållsarbeten som ska utföras i beställarens byggnader och lokaler. Avtalet kan även omfatta mindre planerade ombyggnadsprojekt/entreprenader. Ramavtal kommer tecknas med fem Entreprenörer.
