Description

Upphandlingen avser tekniska konsulter inom olika discipliner med inställellseort Östersund. Ramavtalet ska säkerställa tillgång till teknisk kompetens som kan anpassas efter beställarens behov över tid och stödja hela projektkedjan - från tidiga skeden till färdig projektering och genomförande.  Ramavtalet omfattar konsulttjänster kopplade till beställarens fastighetsbestånd och utvecklingsprojekt, inklusive men inte begränsat till LSS-boenden, befintliga bostäder, lokaler samt projekt för om- och tillbyggnad, förtätning och nyproduktion.  Uppdragen kan avse såväl enskilda mindre utredningar som sammanhållna konsultuppdrag inom bygg- och fastighetsrelaterade projekt, från tidiga skeden till färdig handling.
