Ramavtalet avser avrop av projekt/byggledningstjänster och kontrollansvarig K för beställarens räkning gällande byggnadsprojekt. Byggnadsprojekt avser nybyggnad och ombyggnad av bostadsfastigheter, ny- och ombyggnad av kommunala fastigheter dvs skolor, förskolor, äldreboende, gruppboenden, kontor och övriga kommunala lokaler.
