Description
Projektet består totalt av en yta på 13 487 kvm. Hela fastigheten ska rot renoveras och byggas om till administrativa kontor för olika verksamheter. Rotrenoveringen kommer omfatta fasadbyte ,byta av el,vent samt vvs i hela fastigheten. Sidobyggnaden som ligger inne på gården omfattas inte helt av rotrenoveringen eftersom den är byggd på senare tid och är inte i samma stora behov av renovering. I ombyggnaden omfattas även viss justering på yttre miljön fast i mindre omfattning.
