Description
Ramavtalet avser avrop av arkitekttjänster och omfattar främst uppdrag som berör nybyggnad och ombyggnad av fastigheter, såsom bostadsfastigheter, ny- och ombyggnad av kommunala fastigheter (samhällsservice), dvs skolor, förskolor, omsorg om äldre (äldreboenden) och omsorg om andra personer med vårdbehov (såsom LSS boenden), kontor, idrottsanläggningar och övriga kommunala lokaler. Upphandlingen genomförs som ett selektivt förfarande med tillämpning av Lagen (2016:1145) om offentlig upphandling (LOU).
