Description
FMV har uppdrag av Försvarsmakten att upphandla ett ramavtal för andningsluftkompressorer. Försvarsmakten har idag olika fabrikat och modeller av andningsluftkompressorer ombord på fartyg och på land för fyllning av andningsluft 200/300 bar till bland annat rökdykarflaskor, vattendykarflaskor och luftbankar. Kompressorerna är nu på grund av ålder, föremål för omsättning. Ramavtalet avses tecknas på två (2) år med möjlighet till förlängning om ytterligare två (2) år. I omfattningen ingår tre (3) storlekar/kategorier (liten, mellan och stor) samt vissa varianter avseende driften (el- eller bensindrivna, med viss variation avseende frekvens för de eldrivna). I ramavtalet ingår också ett flertal Tillbehör. Inom ramen för upphandlingen ska även ett underhållsavtal tecknas. Detta avtal löses ut som en option och tecknas på två (2) år med möjlighet till förlängning två (2) år åt gången med en maximal kontraktslängd om tio (10) år. Den längre kontraktslängden är motiverad av den förväntat långa livslängden på kompressorerna. I omfattningen ingår Helpdesk, Reservdelar, Förbrukningsartiklar samt möjlighet att beställa modifiering av kompressorerna.
